Portable arcade fighter Tekken 3D: Prime Edition is due to hit UK shelves on February 17, 2012.
In addition to the full game, which features 40 playable fighters all brawling at an impressive 60 frames per second with 3D turned on, Prime Edition features a 3D version of the CGI film Tekken: Blood Vengeance.
The movie itself has a runtime of 92 minutes whilst Tekken 3D will feature 25 minutes worth of cut scenes itself.
Tekken 3D: Prime Edition is the second title in the series to appear on a Nintendo platform since Tekken Advance launched on the Game Boy Advance in 2001.
A Tekken title for Wii U was announced at E3 and is currently in development.
Namco Bandai hasn’t officially confirmed the date although a recent rating from the BBFC has pegged the title for a February 17, 2012 release in the UK.
