Pokemon third most successful

After topping the charts over the weekend, Pokemon Black & White has been named Nintendo’s third-biggest launch ever.

Both titles took the top spots of the charts with Pokemon White outselling Black by 13,000 units.

The launch of Pokemon Black & White sits behind the launches of both Mario Kart Wii and Wii Fit – two games which launched during the Nintendo Wii’s peak sales period.
