Nintendo of Europe has announced it signed a distribution deal with Capcom to bring Ace Attorney creator’s Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective to Europe.
The deal signed makes Nintendo responsible for sales, marketing and distribution of Ghost Trick in European territories. Capcom will remain as the game’s primary publisher and will handle the distributor in Australia and the Middle East.
From the creator of the Ace Attorney series, Shu Takumi, Ghost Trick play a murdered victim who following his death is tasked with saving other possible victims by possessing items to protect the victim from their killer.

As part of this announcement, Nintendo has given a release date of 14th January 2011 for Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective.
