Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has confirmed the Nintendo 3DS eShop will launch worldwide in May.
The first system update scheduled for late May will add the eShop functionality as well as an Internet Browser and the capability to transfer purchased DSiWare to your Nintendo 3DS system.
Nintendo’s 3D handheld makes its first stop in Japan on February 26 meaning gamers will be left waiting up to three months before these features will be available.
