High Voltage Studios has confirmed that The Conduit series is coming to the Nintendo 3DS.
Speaking with Eurogamer, High Voltage Studios’ chief creative officer Eric Nofsinger said that development of a handheld instalment would pick up soon as the team was finished with Conduit 2.
"Now that we’re winding things down a lot of our resources are on pulling this technology over to 3DS," he said. "We are very much pulling over this engine and this technology on this new hardware."
Nofsinger optimistically added that the developer aims to have "something very close" to Conduit 2 on 3DS by the time GDC rolls around.
We look forward to hearing more on Conduit 3DS in the coming months.
Conduit 2 launches on Nintendo Wii in April.
The Nintendo 3DS launches on March 25.
