Nintendo of Japan has release a list of NES titles that will be available for free via the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program.
The progam announced following drastic price-cuts to Nintendo’s 3DS hardware offers early adopters 10 free NES titles and 10 free Game Boy Advance titles from the eShop.
The full line-up of free NES titles includes:
*Super Mario Bros.
*Donkey Kong JR.
*Balloon Fight
*Ice Climbers
*The Legend of Zelda
*Wrecking Crew
*Mario Open Golf
*Yoshi Egg
*Metroid
*The Adventure of Link
Though these titles have not been confirmed for other regions, it’s likely that most of these, if not all, will be part of the program overseas.
Nintendo is to fully announce details surrounding the 10 free GBA titles however, the following have been confirmed:
*Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi’s Island
*Metroid Fusion
*Wario Ware: Micro games
*Mario Kart: Super Circuit
*Mario vs. Donkey Kong
*Kirby and The Amazing Mirror
*Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
The first wave of titles (NES games) are due to go out next month with the GBA software due before the end of this year.
