Nintendo has revealed that around 2.5 million 3DS systems will be available in North America and Europe when the system launches this Spring.
We’re still waiting for Nintendo to announce launch details for the Nintendo 3DS system in either territories although it was announced that Japan would have 1.5 million units available until March 31, 2011.
So 2.5 million units is the number between North America and Europe although another shipment can be expected in April.
