Nintendo’s next handheld found its way into the hands of many journalists and Japanese gamers this week, and what better way to celebrate than by seeing what video game commentators think of the 3D console in a special Something for Sunday.

Yet despite his complaints he still cannot deny that Nintendo’s latest is still a very impressive piece of kit. A contradiction to be sure, but we still enjoyed reading this brutally honest diatribe.

The Mega FAQ – Everything you need to know –

This exhaustive guide to Nintendo’s 3DS will make you learn two very specific facts; the handheld console has many interesting features and Australia are getting well and truly ripped off with an RRP of $349.95. Currency injustices aside, this lengthy article is worth the time of even the most educated Nintendo fan as there is an absolute ton of information to sift through.

Nintendo 3DS Unboxing –

This video is pure genius and even though it’s entirely in Japanese you don’t need to be a fan of foreign languages to understand what is going on. The less we say about this video the better, so stop reading and go watch it.

As always all of the links for this week’s selections can be found on the right. If you see anything worthy of this weekly spotlight on your internet travels, please email pcgzine@gamerzines.com.
