With a spot-on commentary and lots of attention lavished on authenticity, the signs are good that this is more than just FIFA 07, but you'll have to read our full review to see if we're completely convinced by UEFA Champions League. Major Nelson Interview - Larry Hryb
If you've got an Xbox 360, the chances are you know of Major Nelson. It's the blog from Microsoft's Xbox Live Director of Programming, and basically, it's the font of all knowledge for Xbox Live and often Xbox 360 in general. Coming from such a senior Microsoft employee, its RSS feed is a daily drip of official news, supported by a weekly podcast (over 200 shows and counting) which the Major (real name Larry) does on his own time. We leapt at the chance to talk to the man himself and in the magazine you'll find the highlights of the interview, plus the actual audio interview itself, which you can listen to as you read the rest of the magazine, where we talk about Sony, Halo 3, Live updates and more. The games appears to have scale and attention to detail, so pretty much exactly what the Xbox 360 is designed for. We'll have to wait for more to see if the gameplay can live up to the promise, but the early signs are good for this fun bullet-fest. Click here to read it now! |
