Far Cry 2 preview Xbox 360
Not just your average first-person shooter, Far Cry 2 has a tough act to follow in its predecessor Far Cry, and from what we've seen so far, it'll live up to it nicely. In the hands of new developers Ubisoft, the sequel has advanced significantly and there are lots of developments since the original. For a start, there's been a change of location, from tropical island to deepest Africa, with graphics and effects that make it totally immersive. We also sense a change of mood and tone in Far Cry 2 - it's thought-provoking and involves some real moral issues as the plot unfolds. Lego Indiana Jones preview Xbox 360
After the massive success of the Lego Star Wars games on pretty much all platforms, it's no surprise that the concept is to be repeated, and what better films to base it on than the ever-popular Indiana Jones series? Tying in nicely with the arrival in cinemas of the fourth Indiana Jones film, Lego Indy will be grabbing his hat and whip and swashbuckling his way through the original trilogy. Fans of the films and of the Lego Star Wars games will be waiting impatiently for this one - we've been lucky enough this month to go hands-on with the unfinished game, and as you'll find out in our full preview, we're sure that Lego Indiana Jones will live up to expectations.
