It's something of a gamble on the part of EA, and certainly takes some getting used to, particularly if you're used to the high scoring matches of previous incarnations. The end-to-end action of yore is gone, replaced by an extremely physical battle with defender and attacker often locked together as if in some kind of lovers' dance.
